Our Life Force Energy

Our Life Force Energy

Our Life Force Energy, Prana, Qi, and Chi are all the same, and inside all matter on Earth.

In Hinduism, the life force energy or Prana is physical, mental, and spiritual energy.

The Chinese define the life force energy as Qi.

Qi has two main parts known as Yin and Yang.

Qi is a part of all Chinese traditional medicine.

The life force energy that flows in our physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual bodies can become unbalanced.

If the life force doesn’t flow properly, disease is the outcome.

Dis-ease can happen in the physical, mental, emotional, or spiritual body.

In Traditional Chinese Medicine, the concept of qi or chi has two main branches.

The physical or nourishing portion of qi makes up the air, water, and food that we take in.

The other branch of qi is the energy itself that flows through our bodies.

The imbalance and disruption of this flowing force are responsible for most human ailments, physical, mental, or emotional.

Yin and Yang

Yin and Yang make up the two concepts of our life force energy.

Yin is a physical part of the universal energy Qi; dark, heavy, cold, and passive. Yang is the ethereal, hot, active, and aggressive motion.

Yin and yang do not exist alone.

They are part of each other and must be kept in balance for good health and emotional well-being.

Balance Your Qi

The balance of qi is not black and white. Think of the symbol as a spinning disk, and the result is a light grey image of moving energy.

The yin and yang need to be in balance, and if the life force is out of balance, it can cause sickness.

If an excess or deficiency of qi happens, there are healing methods in traditional Chinese medicine.

In traditional Chinese medicine, a deficiency of qi can be a lack of sleep, food, shelter, water, or any physical thing the body needs to function, such as love, mental health, social, and family health.

An excess of qi could be excessive physical activity, overeating, stress, or negative emotions.

It is essential to avoid disharmony to maintain a proper balance of all the different forms of qi that make up life. There are four types of qi within the human body.

Four Types of Qi

Parental Qi - Our parental or yuan qi is inherited from our parents at conception. After conception occurs, parental qi is stored in the kidneys.

Pectoral Qi - Pectoral or Zong qi is qi produced by breathing. It is stored in the chest area.

Nutritional Qi - Nutritional or Ying qi is derived from eating foods and regulating nutrition throughout the body.

Defensive Qi - Defensive or Wei qi protects the body from illnesses. It is the yang of healthy qi, which is also derived from eating foods but serves a different purpose.

The Functions of Qi

Each of the vital substances has Five Cardinal Functions: actuation, warming, defense, containment, and transformation.

Actuation Qi is responsible for maintaining the vital life energy necessary for the body to grow and develop properly.

It includes all the body’s functions, such as the Zang-fu organs, meridians, and Xue (Blood). If there is a qi deficiency, the functional entities can cause illness.

Warming Qi helps produce heat and regulates body temperature for normal functions to occur.

A deficiency in qi can result in a low body temperature, cold limbs, and a need for hot drinks to warm up.

Defending Qi defends the body against external elements, such as pathogens and environmental factors that can cause illness.

Containment Qi ensures that the body’s organs and fluids are kept in their proper places and that only the appropriate amount is allowed to leave the body. Qi deficiency can result in symptoms related to body fluids and organ problems.

Transformation Qi is also responsible for transforming nutrition and air into different qi energies, such as blood.

Qi must be in the human body with the right balance. The ancient Chinese described qi as a "life force." A similar description is the Eastern term Prana.

Is consciousness part of the life force, or is it different energy? More on that later.

Importance of the Breath

One way to improve a qi deficiency is through purposeful breathing.

If you’re struggling to take deep breaths, you might be experiencing anxiety, which could contribute to a qi deficiency.

There are several different breathing exercises you can do to balance your qi.

One method is belly breathing, also called abdominal breathing. You can do it standing up or lying down.

Here’s how it works:

  • Take a slow, deep breath in through your nose.

  • As you breathe in, think of your belly expanding.

  • Let that breath enter your stomach, making your stomach full. Relax your abdominal muscles. (If you rest your hand on your stomach, you should feel it expand.)

  • Exhale through your mouth.

Source of the Life Force

It’s easy to think that the life force comes from the Sun or the food we eat.

But, think about it on a deeper level, and you have to admit that some kind of energy is the root cause of life.

Imagine how our bodies can grow and pump blood through all the parts without us doing anything.

Imagine how the planet provides our food, water, air, and energy without knowing how it happens.

We can help the process by eating good food, exercising the body, getting enough sleep, and having someone to love.

Is consciousness the actual power or energy that makes things tick?

They say that the universe seems more like a thought than a thing.

The universe seems to work like a computer program that maintains life. Each atom and molecule perform the task it is programmed to do.

We should nourish our mental power and spiritual body to evolve our life force and consciousness.

The purpose of life must be more than we can imagine.

Healing Transformation

Global Warming and the Covid-19 pandemic might be part of a New Paradigm that our Earth experiences as it moves into a higher energy level.

People have been fearful that climate change will harm us and the planet.

We focus on the negative issues instead of realizing transformation as a positive change.

I believe that the Earth and the Milky Way Galaxy are entering a higher energy level in the universe.

My thoughts are that the Earth is ready to move us into a higher energy level if we eliminate the toxic emotions that prevent us from evolving.

The anger, fear, and limiting beliefs of the mass consciousness are like toxic poison to Mother Earth.

We can help Mother Earth by eliminating our toxic emotions and raising our vibrations to a higher level.

Ways To Raise Your Life Force Vibrations.

Meditate whenever you have the chance. You are helping Earth raise her vibrations, and Mother Nature will show its appreciation by giving us more love and life.

  1. Be aware of your thoughts and actions. Think The Right Way.

  2. Use the power of gratitude and appreciation whenever possible

  3. Ask what would love do in each situation

  4. Drink plenty of clean water

  5. Eat fresh food that Mother Earth provides

  6. Practice being kind and generous

  7. Exercise to keep healthy

  8. Remember your Spiritual Body is your soul

  9. Know that the Earth also has a Soul
