Is The Higgs Boson The God Particle

The Higgs Boson has been called the God particle. But the Higgs Boson is known as the quanta of the Higgs Field. It’s supposedly a quantum particle that mediates the transfer of mass to the fundamental particles when they encounter the Higgs field. Sounds weird, right?

The current understanding of physics suggests that all fundamental particles act like waves. 

The Higgs field would be a kind of wavefield in space where all fundamental particles exist. 

Somehow (magically) this field mechanism gives the particles some mass. 

Scientists describe all elementary matter as being massless until it reacts with the Higgs Field. 

Holding the God Particle

The particle that mediates the transfer of mass is called the Higgs Boson yet there is no answer to what energy creates the Higgs field and how this reaction happens.

I’m suspicious why a field needs to give mass to particles when energy is already equivalent to mass (E=mc2). However, this new particle was discovered around 2012 and received a Nobel prize in 2013. End of story, or not?

The Higgs Field at the Big Bang

The Higgs Field wouldn’t exist at the beginning of the Big Bang event. Temperatures were much too hot to allow particles to form in the high-frequency energy. 

The Higgs Field if it existed would not appear until after 10-22 seconds. Maybe the Higgs is all speculation to help explain the theory of inflation?

During the inflation period, the Big bang energy was pushed into the universe without mass as that would have slowed down the reaction. Speeds greater than the speed of light may have been possible. 

The cosmic microwave background (CMB) image shows that the universe was almost even in density and temperature. Scientists have wondered how this could have happened. 

However, the CMB  image shows the universe about 380,000 years after the Big Bang. What else might have happened before those 380,000 years? 

Imagine the size of the universe after expanding at the speed of light for 380,000 years...

The energy in the CMB is evenly homogenous because particles didn’t form for a long period. This meant that the energy was able to spread out into space without having mass. 

If the Higgs Field existed the movement of energy wasn’t able to travel at light speed. Therefore, maybe the Higgs field isn’t real?

Did the Higgs Field add some mass to slow down the inflationary reaction? Is the Higgs field only a theory to help explain the inflationary period during the Big bang?

God Particle inside the Higgs Field? 

The Large Hadron Collider (LHC) in CERN discovered the Higgs Field by finding a particle called the Higgs Boson. When this particle was found they postulated that the Higgs Field exists. Omg, right?

They thought if they can find a particle inside space then that would prove that the Higgs Field exists (how accurate is that science?).

The Nobel Prize in physics was awarded in 2013 for this work that found the Higgs Boson apparently proving that the Higgs Field exists. 

The Higgs Boson particle has been called the “God Particle” because it was the name of a book written in 1993 about this elusive field. 

Does the Higgs Boson fit nicely into the Standard Model of Particle Physics?

More About the God Particle 

The Higgs Boson and Higgs field are named after Peter Higgs who worked on the field theory in 1964. 

He shared the 2013 Nobel Prize in Physics with several people but some of them had predeceased him. 

It was found that a Higgs Boson has a mass of 125 gigaelectronvolts or about 133 times heavier than a proton. Why so heavy?

If you have had doubts about the Big Bang as the best answer for Creation, you're not alone. 

There are a lot of articles by the media and on science sites like Quora that have misleading information. Most of these articles by non-scientists are outdated without knowing the latest research. 

I feel that new theories will come out soon and I can say, I told you so.  

So did the Higgs Field play an important part in the Big Bang creation by allowing energy enough time to spread before mass slowed down the inflationary reaction?

Is this all crap and the truth is more like the following information below?

The Higgs Field Explained 

The popular understanding of the Higgs field is that the space in the universe has a quantum field called the Higgs field that gives mass to elementary particles. 

Okay, that doesn’t explain anything to me. Are you feeling the explanation? How does the field give mass to energy? Isn’t energy and mass equivalent? E=mc2. 

Where does this energy field come from? Adding a new particle to explain mass goes against the theory of simpler is better- Occam's razor.

We know that the mass of elementary particles (quarks and gluons) are too small to explain why the mass of protons and neutrons are so heavy.

Turns out the mass of particles is about 99% due to the binding energy or strong nuclear force within particles. 

It means that energy is what creates mass, E=mc^2, (like the energy in matter creates gravity). 

All this invisible energy comes from quantum fluctuations between particles. 

So is the Higgs field a substance (or energy) of space itself? Space does have vacuum energy that exists throughout the entire universe.

We are starting to understand that space isn’t empty, it’s a real substance inside a container that holds the universe. This new idea is that space was created before the Big bang appeared or emerged during the Big bang event.

For now, let’s talk about the container of space that holds the universe.

The Container of Space 

The universe must exist as a physical thing inside a physical container in a similar way we exist in the container of earth, or on the surface of the earth. 

Everything comes from energy and the Big bang event entered this physical universe into a container of energy. We think of space as an empty void but it’s more like many spheres of different energy levels.

This container of energy doesn’t have physical walls like a physical container. It is contained by the energy it’s made of because there is no force acting on the universe from outside of it.

We can’t imagine a nothingness in space that has no mass, no energy, and no time because it’s not a real physical thing. That’s why the universe can stay as energy and expand because there’s nothing physical beyond this physical realm.  

These 4 spherical shape dimensions represent the physical universe. Space has properties of shape, size, and energy. 

In metaphysics, space is full of an aether that fills the vacuum of space. 

Einstein gave space a cosmological constant to monitor the size of the universe. This constant tries to explain the reason for our expanding universe. (some kind of energy is causing space to expand.)

Could it be that the Higgs field and any other field are not only in space but are the emptiness of space itself? 

If space has the Higgs field how is the Higgs Boson (known as The God particle) connected?

To understand the structure of the universe one must understand that various levels of energy (or dimensions) exist.

Dimensions and the Higgs Field 

If the Higgs field is a field of energy in space the vacuum of space could it be part of the fabric of space itself, in our case the 3rd dimension?

The fabric of space contains energy and matter that formed into particles, that became stars, that became galaxies and planets. It sounds like the Big bang expanding into space itself.

There is a movement or evolution of matter from the Big bang event into higher energy level dimensions.

A movement of energy travels through a field of space (Higgs field) into Black holes and other dimensions of the universe. 

If the Higgs field is in space itself, then what is the so-called God particle? 

Matter and energy move into black holes and higher energy levels as the movement of energy evolve back to the Source of the Big bang event.

Black Holes and the Higgs Boson 

I am postulating that the Higgs Boson isn’t a particle of the Higgs field, and in that case, the Higgs field if it exists is part of space itself.

I am considering that the Higgs Boson is the energy required to make a quantum size “hole” into the quantum fields of space or something like that.

Consider that scientists still don’t know what gravity is made of but they think a particle called the graviton is responsible for carrying the force of gravity. Einstein and others have failed to find a graviton particle that is the carrier of gravity. 

Now scientists are saying that a particle with the energy of 125 GeV is a piece of the Higgs field or a piece of the fabric of space. A God particle?

Namely, that space is made up of a field of particles and one quantum piece of it is this Higgs Boson. I find it hard to believe that space is quantized but maybe the energy of space is quantized. However, energy and mass are the same at the quantum level. E=mc2

Does that mean that the Higgs Boson particle which has zero spin is a piece of the fabric of space?

Remember that there is a movement of energy into higher levels or dimensions as matter enters black holes. 

This means that the fabric of space itself (quantum fields) is being pulled into black holes.

Energy moves the fabric of space in our observable dimension into higher energy levels via black holes.

Does it mean space and the fabric of space contains the Higgs field? 

Is Space made of the Higgs Field?

The fabric of space is a description of the space in the universe. Space has a certain amount of energy in our observable universe and higher energy levels could exist. There is vacuum energy in space that can create virtual particles. 

Space has a quark/gluon field that can create particles so maybe they could interact with the LHC collider experiments in CERN during the search for the Higgs Boson particle.

This new particle called the Higgs Boson was found at CERN after 2 years and approximately one million collisions of protons per second travelling at almost light speed. 

Not a very convincing creation of a so-called new particle. I am skeptical that the Higgs Boson is a new particle having zero spin. 

Is the Higgs field the same thing as a field of space? Call it one or the other.

I ask why is the Higgs Boson so powerful (125 Gev), why is it so difficult to produce and why does it exist for only 10^-22 seconds? 

Is the Higgs Boson a Real Particle 

If you look at the Standard Model of Elementary Particles, the Higgs Boson looks like it shouldn’t be in the model. 

Is the so-called Higgs Boson a quantum particle of space? It makes more sense that the “God particle” is something else in the structure of space.

Maybe the Higgs Boson is the amount of energy that can penetrate the fabric of space into the next higher energy level?

The energy of 125 Gev disappears instantly without causing any damage but imagine the power of a supernova black hole…

At any rate, we know black holes have a massive amount of gravity that’s not explained by the mass of the star that created the black hole. There is more to this than meets the eye...

The original super-sized star had more mass and gravity than the black hole that was created.

Therefore, it seems logical that black holes are portals into other energy levels where the massive force of gravity leaks into our dimension. The force of this strong gravity is felt in our dimension and is causing the expansion of the universe. 

Important experimental work should focus on proving that other energy levels exist by studying if the Higgs Boson is a quantum of energy and not a new particle. 

Black holes attract particles as well as photons and neutrinos into the event horizon.

If space is a thing that has energy, could space itself be pulled into black holes?

Would the decreasing mass of the universe cause the remaining space to accelerate towards the next higher energy level dimension?

Since our observable dimension has less than 5% of the total matter in the universe where is the hidden dark matter? Everything is explained beautifully if dark matter is hiding in the other energy dimensions as normal matter. 

A Big Bang in the 6th energy level could end the universe and push all the energy back to the Source of energy that created the universe. 

Did the God Particle Exist at the Big Bang 

The Big bang theory is an explanation of the inflationary reaction that gave us the cosmic-microwave background CMB image.

There are mainly two reasons why the Big bang theory is wrong. 

First, the theory assumes that the photon radiation that entered the universe was the same kind of radiation that we find in the universe.

Secondly, it assumes that photons are massless so that there must be another mechanism that gives mass to elementary particles. This idea became the Higgs Boson, God Particle. 

First, the photon radiation question. The photon energy entering this physical universe came from a Source of non-physical energy. 

The energy would have been so powerful that it alone created matter from energy. Only a small amount of that original matter would have changed into enormous energy entering into a physical realm.

At the LHC in CERN, they have also converted normal photons directly into matter proving it’s possible that light created matter during the Big bang event. 

But all of the original photon energy went into the creation and none of it is left in our low energy level of the universe.

Secondly, photons are considered massless. That is a big assumption because photons have relativistic mass and momentum. But since photons are always moving they have no rest mass. 

Photons have energy in the form of mass so there’s no reason to invent a Higgs Boson particle that gives mass to particles.
