You must be careful what you allow into your thoughts, because you will create a negative result if you use the wrong words. For instance, you can’t say you love chocolates and on the other hand curse chocolates as the reason you have gained some extra weight. And, if you say "I pray my health gets better". Why is that a poor statement? Because, that kind of thinking gets you more praying instead of what you really want, which is better health.
The best approach is to use gratitude
Say things like I'm so grateful that my health is getting better and better each day. This statement gives you the result that you want.
