Top 10 Reasons Why The Pandemic is Awesome

Top 10 Reasons Why the Pandemic is Awesome

The top ten reasons why the pandemic is awesome. My apologies if some of the reasons are funny and some not. I get it. But here is my list, so call me maybe?

1. My wife doesn't have to wear make-up, so it saves me a lot of money.

2. The mask keeps your face warm in the cold wind, especially in the winter.

3. People don't know if you're smiling or serious. Have fun with this one.

4. Every day looks like Halloween. Bummer, no trick or treat, though.

5. The black flies can't fly down your throat. Take a deep sigh of relief.

6. Strangers stay at least 6 feet away when you walk on the sidewalk. Red alert if they come closer, they might want to steal your stuff.

7. Wearing a mask is advantageous if you want to rob a bank.

8. If you see a robbery, you can tell the police they all looked like masked men.

9. You don't have to miss out on concerts and sporting events because there aren't any. Also, it saves you a ton of money, lol.

10. The Amber alerts are the least of our worries, not because everyone is unrecognizable, but it's probably a parent taking a kid for a walk.

Some spin-offs from the pandemic include.

1. If you get a cold virus, you are now trained to wear a mask like the Asian population.

2. If you are vaccinated, you don't have to wear a mask unless you're sick, or if you have a cold, or if you are being safe from other sick people, or robbing a bank.

3. The anti-vaxxers and anti-mask people have a new social group.

4. A new group of masked people is Anonymous. We don't know if they are sick, robbing a store, or just love to wear a mask.

5. A new TV show will be about the masked community. Season one is coming to a movie near you next season or the next season after that, right after the Olympics.

This episode was all about the uncertainty of these days. With the warm sunshine and the lockdown, we feel stuck and unable to make a 6-month plan, let alone a 6-day plan.

Stay safe out there and wait for the light of illumination coming to us each morning.
