Is Consciousness The Life Force?

Is Consciousness the Life Force?

Is Consciousness the Life Force energy that makes us human and maintains our health? Does the life force keep us alive and provide us with consciousness? The life force keeps us alive and provides all the functions needed to grow and maintain the earth. But what is the source of the energy that takes care of Earth and all the life in it? Many people believe that the Sun is the source of this life force. Is consciousness a different energy system?

The Life Force is inside all matter on Mother Earth. It’s constantly growing and becoming more as it nurtures us while we search for new experiences.

The life force energy is called vital energy or Prana in Sanskrit. Prana is physical, mental, and spiritual energy in Hinduism. Where is our consciousness?

The Chinese define life force energy as Qi. Qi has two main parts known as Yin and Yang.

The physical nourishing part is air, water, and food. The other branch is what takes place inside the body.

The vital fluids and energy that flows through the body. This meaning of Qi is a part of all Chinese traditional medicine.

However, the life force energy that flows in our physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual bodies can become unbalanced. If this life force doesn’t flow properly, then disease is the outcome.

This dis-ease can happen in the physical, mental, emotional, or spiritual body.

In Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), the concept of qi or chi has two main branches. The physical or nourishing portion of qi makes up the air, water, and food that we take in.

The other branch of qi is the energy itself that flows through our bodies.

The imbalance and disruption of this flowing force are responsible for most human ailments, physical, mental, or emotional. What about our consciousness?

Yin and Yang

Yin and Yang make up the two concepts of our life force energy.

Yin is the physical part of the universal energy Qi; dark, heavy, cold, and passive. Yang is the ethereal, hot, active, and aggressive motion.

Yin and yang do not exist alone. They are part of each other and must be kept in balance for good health and emotional well-being.

The Balance of Qi

The balance of qi is not black and white. Think of the symbol as a spinning disk, and the result is a light grey image of moving energy.

The yin and yang need to be in balance, and if the life force is out of balance, it can cause disease. If an excess or deficiency of qi happens, there are healing methods in TCM.

In traditional Chinese medicine (TCM), a deficiency of qi can be a lack of sleep, food, shelter, water, or any physical thing the body needs to function, such as love, mental health, social, and family health.

An excess of qi could be excessive physical activity, overeating, stress, or negative emotions.

It is essential to avoid disharmony to maintain a proper balance of all the different forms of qi that make up life. There are four types of qi within the human body. (where is our soul?)

Four Types of Qi

Parental Qi - Our parental or yuan qi is the qi inherited from our parents at conception. After conception occurs, parental qi is stored in the kidneys.

Pectoral Qi - Pectoral or Zong qi is qi that is produced by breathing. It is stored in the chest area.

Nutritional Qi - Nutritional or Ying qi is derived from eating foods and regulating nutrition throughout the body.

Defensive Qi - Defensive or Wei qi is responsible for protecting the body from illnesses. It is the yang of healthy qi, meaning that it is also derived from eating foods, but serves a different purpose.

The Functions of Qi

Each of the vital substances has Five Cardinal Functions: actuation, warming, defense, containment, and transformation.

Actuation Qi is responsible for maintaining the vital life energy necessary for the body to grow and develop properly. This includes all the body’s functions, such as the Zang-fu organs, meridians, and Xue (Blood). If there is a qi deficiency, then the functional entities can cause illness.

Warming Qi helps produce heat and regulates body temperature for normal functions to occur. A deficiency in qi can result in a low body temperature, cold limbs, and a need for hot drinks to warm up.

Defending Qi defends the body against external elements, such as pathogens and environmental factors that can cause illness.

Containment Qi is responsible for ensuring that the body’s organs and fluids are kept in their proper places and makes sure that only the appropriate amount is allowed to leave the body. Qi deficiency can result in symptoms related to body fluids and organ problems.

Transformation Qi is also responsible for transforming nutrition and air into different qi energies, such as blood.

Qi must be in the human body with the right balance. The ancient Chinese described qi as a "life force." A similar description is the Eastern term Prana.

But is consciousness part of the life force, or is it different energy? More on that later.

Importance of the Breath

One way to improve a qi deficiency is through purposeful breathing. If you’re struggling to take deep breaths, you might be experiencing anxiety, which could contribute to a qi deficiency.

There are several different breathing exercises you can do to balance your qi. One method is belly breathing, also called abdominal breathing. You can do it standing up or lying down.

Here’s how it works:

  • Take a slow, deep breath in through your nose.

  • As you breathe in, think of your belly expanding.

  • Let that breath enter your stomach, making your stomach full. Relax your abdominal muscles. (If you rest your hand on your stomach, you should feel it expand.)

  • Exhale through your mouth.

Source of the Life Force

It’s easy to say the life force comes from the Sun or the food we eat. But, think about it on a  deeper level, and you have to admit that some kind of energy is the root cause of life.

Imagine how our bodies can grow and pump blood through all the parts without us doing anything.

Imagine how the planet makes our food, water, air, and energy without knowing how it happens.

We can help the process by eating good food, exercising the body, getting enough sleep, and having someone to love. What is the real power or energy that makes things tick?

They say that the universe seems more like a thought than a thing.

The universe seems to work like a computer program that maintains life. Each atom and molecule perform the task it is programmed to do.

We should nourish our mental power and our spiritual body to evolve our life force and consciousness. The purpose of life must be more than we can imagine.

Global Transformation

Global Warming and the Covid-19 pandemic might be part of a New Paradigm that our Earth is ascending into a higher energy level.

People have been fearful that climate change will harm us and the planet. But are we focusing on the negative issues instead of realizing them as a positive change?

I believe that the Earth and the Milky Way Galaxy are entering a new energy level in the universe.

My perspective is that the Earth is ready to move us into a higher energy dimension when we can eliminate the toxic emotions that prevent us from evolving.

The anger, fear, and limiting beliefs of the mass consciousness are like toxic poison to Mother Earth.

We can help Mother Earth by eliminating our toxic emotions and raising our vibrations to the frequency of our planets’.

Meditate whenever you have the chance. You are helping Mother Earth to raise her vibrations, and Nature will show its appreciation by giving us more love and life.

Ways To Raise Your Life Force Vibrations.

  1. Be aware of your thoughts and actions. Everything you say, think, or feel is a part of your reality. Think The Right Way.

  2. Use the power of gratitude and appreciation whenever possible

  3. Ask what would love do in each situation

  4. Drink plenty of clean water

  5. Eat fresh food that Mother Earth provides

  6. Practice being kind and generous

  7. Exercise to keep healthy

  8. Remember your Spiritual Body is your soul

  9. Know that the Earth also has a Soul

Where Does Consciousness Come From

Sometimes scientists have no vision beyond what can be seen. Yet, the unseen world is more real than all physical things.

They have measured that less than 5% of the stuff in the universe is what we can see. Dark energy makes up 95% of the universe.

We find our life's energy and purpose not in things we can see but in the invisible things.

Our invisible life consists of dreams, inspiration, imagination, and love. Some other invisible things are gravity, magnetism, energy, thoughts, and music.

The most important of these is consciousness. Yet, scientists and doctors don’t know where we get it. Consciousness comes to us as a spark of the soul during birth.

This soul spark is not the life force in the physical body of our ‘Parana’ and Qi. Consciousness is invisible energy and is not a part of the physical DNA.

The Big bang came from outside of the Universe, and consciousness also comes from outside of this universe.

The spark of the soul enters us during birth to give us free will and consciousness. No new souls are created, and souls are eternal.

All souls were made at the exact moment in the Source that scientists call infinity and religions call the spiritual world (GOD).

Dear scientists, when you start to study the unseen world, you will uncover the secrets of life and energy.

Meditation for the Soul

Get in touch with your soul, or just get to know what your soul is. Think about that quiet voice in your thoughts. Don’t push away that voice. Nurture that voice and listen to its guidance.

You have a soulful reason to be in this life. Find out what that reason is by getting in touch with your soul.

The driver of your vehicle (soul) is waiting for you to help with your purpose of being here. What is your soul's purpose?

How to Meditate to meet your soul even if you have never meditated.

The way to start meditation is to prepare your thoughts that you are ready to experience the energy within. Relax, don’t start if you feel like eating or exercise.

Sit in a comfortable position in a quiet place and without bright lights. You can even do this while lying in bed but be prepared to fall asleep.

  1. Close your eyes and rest your arms comfortably on your lap.

  2. Breathe naturally and start to relax each part of your body.

  3. Focus on how your breath moves with each breath inhale and exhale.

  4. Notice how your chest and belly move with each breath

  5. When your mind wanders (as it will), don’t worry return to your breath

  6. Maintain this practice for 2 to 3 minutes before trying for a longer time

When you meditate, focus on your breath like a mantra and say the sound, ahhhhh with your out-breath.

After a while, just think the sound ahhhhh and notice that it feels the same. Your breath has the life force called Prana.

Note that you are thinking on the in-breath, and you are doing on the out-breath.

By using your breath as a mantra, you will receive intuition, peace, and relaxation. In the stillness, you will find what you are looking for or what you need at this moment.

  1. The life force comes to Earth from our Source as Mother Nature.

  2. Consciousness is different, and it feels like a voice in your mind (intuition) helping you in your soul-evolution during your physical life.

  3. Without a soul, a planet or a human will die.

  4. Earth is getting ready to move into a higher vibration

  5. Help by raising your vibration by meditating and using the right way to think

  6. Consciousness and free will are the greatest gifts from our Source.

  7. Meditate to hear what your soul needs in this journey of life.
