The Law of Attraction is a physical force, like gravity, that keeps the Earth orbiting the sun and us grounded. The opposite of attraction is repulsion. For example, the negative electric force repels the positive force, and the north pole of a magnet repels the south pole. The main point is that the Universe has a duality that is the opposite of everything. You need to know when to attract and when to repel certain things. Your mind constantly thinks about what you like and what you don't like.
However, the universe always says Yes to your thoughts, negative or positive. The time lag between thinking and receiving prevents you from manifesting the wrong thoughts. Over time, you must hold the vision of what you want without thinking of what you don't want. Otherwise, manifestation doesn't work, and that's why most of us fail. It's challenging to ignore what people are doing and focus only on your goal. But if your passion is strong, you can zero in on your vision with the focus of a hawk.
Here's an example. If you try to manifest a diet to lose weight but keep looking at food advertisements and pictures of food on social media, then it’s impossible to keep the vision of your goal. We can’t prevent thoughts from entering our minds, but we can control what thoughts stay in our minds. If this makes sense, add this step to your method of manifesting. When you become authentic, you automatically think only the best version for yourself, making it effortless.
The 7 Steps of Manifesting
Step 1. You must talk with yourself, with your ego and mind. Make it feel like magic, but this is quantum physics, scientifically shown that your mind creates the outcome of your thoughts. Calm your mind with mindfulness or meditation, and use your intent to create. Start by following your breath as you sit quietly alone. Find out what you desire, keep that thought, and release all thoughts that would repel it.
Step 2. Fully surrender to the present 'now' moment. Surrender gives you a powerful awareness of your higher mind. Don't struggle or force the process. Accept what is in your present situation and change your thoughts and words. The magic happens when you ask questions and write down your request, using the correct words and speaking them so your ears will hear your desire.
Step 3. Remove all your negative words such as I want, need, hope, pray, try, lack, fight, not, don't, won't, can't, etc... Some are probably your favorite words. Replace them with, I desire, I create, I will. I am, I do, I manifest, trust, abundance, allow, love, intuition, etc... The correct use of words is the only way to create your desires; otherwise, you are making the opposite energy of what you desire. The universal mind allows a negative or positive outcome. If you say I want or don't want, it's the same thing to the Universe. The Universal Law just says Yes and gives you what the thought looks like in a picture. If you say, “I want to win the lottery,” it keeps you wanting to win. If you say I hope to heal my health, it gives you more of hoping and praying. Use your freedom of choice and think in the right way. For example, I desire an abundance of (your desire). I create with love. I am grateful to have my…
Step 4. Write down your goals using the right words. Remember, 'now' is the only time we have or will ever have, so write in the present tense as if you already have what you desire. For instance, I am grateful for my health, which allows me to help others. I am becoming better and better each day. I am a magnet for a healthy body.
Step 5. Use pictures on a vision board and vivid descriptions to describe your goal. Our mind thinks in pictures, so if I say don't think of a pink elephant, there is no picture for 'do not,' so you get 'think' of a pink elephant. Be emotional and imagine how it feels to have your goal. This part is vital. When your vibrations match the outcome, the universe sends you more of the same frequency. Be happy and use gratitude for the things you have. Repeat your goal daily as if you already have it 'now.' Maintain the vision of your goal and the reason you are requesting it. "I feel better each day."
Step 6. Allow the goal to come to you correctly and at the right time. To do this, you let go of control and trust that it comes to you in the best way meant for you by allowing it to manifest. If you ask to win the lottery, you must give the universe your desire to become wealthy without saying how it happens. Don’t ask for money. Let the universe decide where the 'abundance' comes from. Be patient and allow the universe to determine the method and time. Remember that the universal mind has a time delay, so ensure your thoughts are sincere. Keep your thoughts aligned with your goal, and be grateful for what you already have.
Step 7. Be honest and authentic to yourself. Always respect everyone, and nurture others on their path whenever you can. Be grateful for the Law of Attraction. The only constant in our lives and the Universe is change. Nothing stands still. You will go towards your goals or away from them. Observe which way you are going and make course corrections if needed. When you take risks, you open your life to new experiences and goals using words and actions. If you play it safe, you accept the biggest risk by never getting what you desire. You will end up wishing and wanting your life to change and later saying what if I would have done this or that... When you manifest your desire, rest but maintain your purpose. Always be grateful for your journey and the lessons it brings.
